Free Community Depression and Anxiety Screening

U and I Family Wellness provides support and therapy services to couples, families and individuals. Since 2017 We have provided free mental health screenings  and clinical therapy sessions in Chicago's  south side communities.  

 Sometimes life, relationships, and families are complex. We are here to assist as you manage these elements and prosper despite complexities.   

To provide support and therapy services to couples, families and individuals that is judgment free, culturally sensitive and individualized for each couple, family, person and community. 

 Our mission is to use an approach that is not limited to or determined by the walls of an office, a couch or zip code and creates the opportunity for therapy to be fun.
